Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AWS/Azure/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for cloud-native applications
- Lead cloud migration projects while ensuring security compliance (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Optimize cloud costs and performance through architectural reviews and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cloud solutions meeting business objectives
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP) with relevant certifications
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and infrastructure automation tools
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments
