Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP cloud architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.99% system availability
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct security compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure-as-code standards
- troubleshoot complex production issues and implement disaster recovery protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/GCP certification
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architectures
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Terraform for automation
- Strong background in monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana) and logging (ELK stack)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Valid US work authorization (relocation assistance provided)
