Responsibilities
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and architecture reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement compliance frameworks (SOC2, PCI-DSS)
- Present technical roadmaps to C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of production cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Strong background in microservices architecture and event-driven systems
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional)
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud migrations
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
