Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into high-quality code.
- Lead architectural decisions, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance optimization.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Debug complex technical issues and implement efficient solutions to improve application stability.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
