Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for tech professionals moving to Pittsburgh, including housing search, school transfers, and community integration
- Partner with local tech companies to identify relocation opportunities and align candidate preferences with Pittsburgh's tech ecosystem
- Develop personalized relocation packages leveraging Pittsburgh's tech resources, incubators, and networking events
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess relocation needs and provide customized solutions for tech professionals and their families
- Track relocation metrics and compile reports to optimize the candidate experience and service delivery
- Build relationships with Pittsburgh's tech community partners including accelerators, co-working spaces, and industry associations
- Stay current on Pittsburgh's tech landscape, emerging companies, and quality-of-life advantages for relocating professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in relocation coordination, HR, or tech recruitment with proven client success
- Deep knowledge of Pittsburgh's tech sector, including major employers, startup scene, and neighborhood amenities
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders across tech disciplines
- Proficiency in relocation management software and CRM systems with data-driven mindset
- Certification in relocation management (PRC, GMS, or equivalent) preferred
- Valid driver's license with ability to conduct occasional local site visits (mileage reimbursed)
- Proven ability to manage multiple relocation projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
