Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure cloud infrastructure on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform infrastructure-as-code deployments
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining performance for high-traffic applications
- Conduct disaster recovery planning and incident response for critical systems
- Mentor cloud engineers and conduct architecture reviews
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on monitoring solutions with Datadog/Prometheus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years designing enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure
- Expertise in AWS (Certified Solutions Architect) or Azure (AZ-304)
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure security best practices
- Valid US work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
