Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and network infrastructure
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and security systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT systems administration experience
- Proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, CIS)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Valid US work authorization or visa sponsorship eligibility
