Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/Azure infrastructure solutions for high-volume data processing
- Lead CI/CD pipeline automation using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and security protocols
- Optimize cloud spend while maintaining 99.9% system uptime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with IoT systems
- Conduct code reviews and maintain technical documentation
- Research emerging cloud technologies and recommend implementation strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS/Azure certification
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java for infrastructure-as-code
- Strong background in microservices architecture and container orchestration
- Expertise in monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus) and incident response
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Proven ability to lead complex cloud migration projects
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and infrastructure automation
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
