Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices deployments
- Conduct advanced security audits and compliance certifications (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Mentor 3+ engineers on best practices and cloud-native patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across multi-cloud environments
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years in cloud engineering with AWS/GCP specialization
- Expert proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Strong background in container orchestration and serverless architectures
- Proven experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana)
- CI/CD mastery (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Relevant certifications (AWS/GCP Architect, DevOps Pro)
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
