Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL data models and ETL processes
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze sales, marketing, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Present insights to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Automate reporting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI
- Strong experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, or SSIS)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft BI (desired)
