Key Objectives:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of blockchain products, ensuring they are production-ready, highly performant, and compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Smart Contract Development: Design, implement, and audit complex smart contracts using Solidity and Rust with a focus on security and gas optimization.
- Architecture: Lead the architectural design of Layer 1 and Layer 2 solutions, ensuring high throughput and low latency for global users.
- Security Auditing: Conduct rigorous code reviews and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities before deployment.
- Integration: Integrate blockchain protocols with existing financial and data systems via APIs.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, establish coding standards, and drive best practices within the engineering department.
- Research: Stay ahead of emerging trends in DeFi, NFTs, and interoperability protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on blockchain technologies.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, or Go. Experience with EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine) and WASM is required.
- Tools: Strong experience with development tools like Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, and Git.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize performance under heavy load.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
