Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend APIs and microservices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, Product, QA) to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data consistency across distributed systems.
- Implement best practices for security, testing, and code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the engineering department.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for production issues.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous communication.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven ability to obtain or currently hold valid work authorization for visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
