Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python and Go.
- Architect microservices that handle millions of requests with high availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, design) to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews, perform system audits, and mentor junior engineers.
- Optimize database queries and ensure data security and integrity.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from conception to deployment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in backend engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
