Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the design and implementation of advanced AI architectures, including Transformer models and diffusion systems, to drive innovation.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for Nexus 2026, bridging the gap between theoretical research and practical engineering deployment.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and optimization of large-scale models to ensure high performance, low latency, and cost efficiency.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Architecture: Design robust data pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling billions of parameters and real-time inference.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols, mitigating bias and ensuring fairness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering or machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar LLM frameworks.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
