Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture of AI-powered decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, blockchain developers, and security experts to integrate machine learning models into Web3 ecosystems.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of distributed ledger systems and neural networks.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for code quality and system reliability.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research to evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Drive the architectural vision for future product iterations, ensuring they align with business goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Blockchain/Web3 development.
- Deep expertise in languages such as Python, Rust, Solidity, or Go, with a focus on high-concurrency systems.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their deployment on decentralized networks.
- Experience with designing scalable microservices and distributed architectures.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to deployment.
