Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural network architectures.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate theoretical research into scalable production code.
- Experiment with novel training techniques, including Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Federated Learning.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities to establish thought leadership.
- Oversee the technical direction of junior researchers and provide mentorship on best practices in AI ethics and safety.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Extensive hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong proficiency in Python and C++.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or contributing to open-source projects.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
