- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to hybridize classical deep learning models with quantum algorithms.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior researchers and conducting technical workshops.
- Publication & IP: Author high-impact research papers and secure patents for breakthrough technologies in the AI space.
- Strategic Partnerships: Engage with top-tier academic institutions and industry leaders to stay ahead of the curve on emerging 2026 tech trends.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in deep learning, machine learning, or computational neuroscience.
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed training (e.g., Ray, Megatron-LM).
- Agentic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to work independently and define technical direction without close supervision.
