Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge algorithms for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Lead the end-to-end research lifecycle, from hypothesis generation to peer-reviewed publications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research prototypes into scalable production systems.
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of innovation and rigor.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or engineering roles at top-tier tech companies or research labs.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++.
