Responsibilities
- Participate in 12-week paid training covering network security, cloud platforms, and system administration
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to enterprise clients under supervision
- Document IT procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
- Execute system backups, updates, and security protocols
- Maintain hardware and software inventory records
- Contribute to continuous improvement of IT support workflows
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with no prior IT experience
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer literacy and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to commit to full-time training schedule (9 AM - 5 PM)
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ certification during program
