Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and implementation of cloud-native microservices using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 8+ engineers through agile development processes and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps and sprint goals
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime across 5M+ user systems
- Drive DevOps excellence using Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Conduct quarterly tech reviews and present to CTO/CPO stakeholders
- Participate in hiring processes and technical interviews
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in Java/Python with microservices architecture
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
