Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into classical machine learning pipelines.
- Oversee the development of proprietary Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for future-ready interfaces.
- Ensure ethical AI standards and data privacy compliance across all new deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research into emerging technologies, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (Transformers, GANs) and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional technical teams.
