Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable machine learning models and quantum algorithms tailored for real-world applications.
- Conduct advanced research in neural networks, reinforcement learning, and quantum error correction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into production-ready software.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and quantum computing to integrate new methodologies into our core stack.
- Present technical findings to stakeholders and drive technical decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML research or software engineering.
- Deep understanding of classical machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, or similar).
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and Rust.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for solving complex, undefined problems.
