Responsibilities
- Lead design sprints and user research initiatives for B2B SaaS products
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems using Figma
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing)
- Present design solutions to C-suite stakeholders and clients
- Mentor junior designers through weekly 1:1s and workshops
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on user feedback
- Drive accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.1 AA standards)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with portfolio of enterprise products
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Strong understanding of responsive design and component systems
- Experience with design handoff tools like Zeplin or Abstract
- Portfolio demonstrating measurable business impact
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
- Experience with agile development workflows
