Your Mission
You will lead the architectural design of hybrid systems, ensuring our AI models can effectively leverage quantum processors. We need a thought leader who isn't just using existing tools, but is helping build the tools of tomorrow.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable hybrid AI architectures integrating classical neural networks with quantum circuit models.
- Optimize quantum algorithms for practical hardware implementations to reduce noise and error rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers to define product roadmaps.
- Conduct research into novel quantum error correction techniques and apply them to training pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or software engineering.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks such as Cirq, Qiskit, or Forest.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU programming (CUDA/OpenCL).
- Deep understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics.
- Proven track record of shipping complex, high-performance software systems.
