Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Models: Design and implement scalable quantum-inspired neural networks optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Roadmap Leadership: Contribute to the strategic technical roadmap for the 2026 product launch, identifying emerging technologies and integration opportunities.
- Algorithm Optimization: Enhance existing machine learning pipelines to reduce latency and improve accuracy in real-time data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical research into practical, deployable solutions.
- Pioneering Research: Publish papers and present findings at top-tier conferences, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in AI and quantum integration.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or quantum research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
