Responsibilities
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary algorithms designed for the 2026 computing landscape, focusing on quantum supremacy and neural network optimization.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams with zero latency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Strategic Implementation: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++ for high-performance computing environments.
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
