Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures optimized for hybrid quantum-classical computing environments.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into existing machine learning pipelines to enhance computational efficiency and problem-solving capabilities.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI paradigms, including neuromorphic computing and edge AI, specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Prototyping: Build high-fidelity prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate architectural decisions before full-scale deployment.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI and Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, novel problems at the intersection of AI and physics.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
