Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI and quantum integration by 2026.
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Lead a team of engineers in developing predictive algorithms and neural network models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance standards are met.
- Conduct research into emerging technologies and prototype future-proof solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep understanding of Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with quantum simulation frameworks and classical-quantum hybrid architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
