Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and network support for 50+ users across multiple departments
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems including Windows/Linux environments
- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
- Implement backup/recovery solutions and data protection measures
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimization
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in IT support/network administration
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VPN, and remote desktop solutions
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
