Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements.
- Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices are followed.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, or Spring).
- Strong understanding of database management (SQL, MongoDB).
- Ability to obtain US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, or eligible for H1B sponsorship).
