Responsibilities
- Lead the Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI and quantum algorithms aimed at deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Bridge the Gap: Integrate classical machine learning models with emerging quantum computing architectures to solve unsolvable problems.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical strategy for our flagship product, ensuring alignment with our aggressive 2026 launch targets.

- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring junior engineers and conducting advanced code reviews.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with Qiskit or Cirq is a strong plus.
- Quantum Literacy: Strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles applied to computing (superposition, entanglement).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering large-scale projects on time.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
