Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision for AI-native experiences, specifically targeting 2026 market readiness.
- Lead end-to-end design projects, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and handoff.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers to integrate generative models into user workflows.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate rapidly based on user feedback to ensure accessibility and inclusivity.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of innovation within the design team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing complex, user-centric solutions.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Principle, Framer).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, specifically how they apply to user interface design.
- Experience with spatial computing or AR/VR design is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
