Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI architectures and autonomous agents.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model knowledge bases.
- Implement advanced prompt engineering strategies and fine-tuning workflows.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features into consumer-facing applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the company's AI research and development culture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with LLMs and NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Vertex AI).
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate).
