Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, focusing on LLMs and autonomous agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost efficiency at scale using distributed computing frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Implement rigorous testing and validation pipelines to ensure model reliability and safety compliance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
