Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models for natural language processing and computer vision applications.
- System Architecture: Build scalable MLOps pipelines to ensure efficient model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing novel techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multimodal learning.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and resource consumption to ensure high performance under load.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and large language model fine-tuning methodologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex technical challenges and drive projects from conception to completion.
