Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5+ engineers in developing scalable cloud infrastructure
- Architect and implement microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring and incident response
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert proficiency in Python, Java, or Go with cloud architecture experience
- Strong AWS/Azure certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Proven track record of delivering production-ready systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
