Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Lead Engineering: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high code quality.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with product managers and designers to define technical requirements and roadmaps.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, database efficiency, and cloud infrastructure.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve our product suite.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in Raleigh and Florida offices to deliver projects on time.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-stack environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
