Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern frameworks.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Build scalable data pipelines and MLOps architectures to ensure model reliability and performance at scale.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, experimenting with emerging technologies like Transformers and reinforcement learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead technical initiatives, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years focusing on NLP or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to translate complex business problems into mathematical models and algorithmic solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
