Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and NLP systems.
- Lead the architecture of our AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain MLOps pipelines for automated model training and deployment.
- Conduct rigorous testing and optimization to improve model accuracy and reduce latency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and neural networks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
