Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large language models and generative AI models using state-of-the-art architectures.
- System Architecture: Architect robust and scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference speed and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the AI field and implement novel techniques into production systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing products.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior data scientists and engineers on best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on deep learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
- MLOps: Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
