Key Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise ecosystems.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of emerging AI technologies, including LLMs and generative AI frameworks, ensuring they are deployed ethically and efficiently.
- Technical Strategy: Define the long-term technical vision for AI infrastructure, making critical architectural decisions that drive business growth.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource utilization to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks. Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Architecture: Demonstrated ability to design microservices architectures and handle high-concurrency systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
