Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy focused on AI evolution, ensuring alignment with the company’s 2026 vision.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development initiatives, evaluating emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum Computing for potential integration.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Architect scalable, secure, and efficient systems that can handle future demands and data growth.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical blueprints.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Predictive Analysis: Conduct market and technology trend analysis to identify opportunities for competitive advantage and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML) models, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging trends and translating them into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
