Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term AI strategy and technology roadmap for the organization.
- Architect scalable machine learning systems and predictive models designed for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business processes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) and assess their potential impact.

Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or artificial intelligence.
- Proven experience leading high-performance teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
