Responsibilities
- Architect Ethical Frameworks: Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance policies that guide our development lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to integrate ethical considerations into the 2026 product roadmap.
- Compliance & Regulation: Monitor global regulatory trends (such as the EU AI Act and upcoming US federal standards) and adapt our compliance strategies accordingly.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical risks into clear, compelling narratives for investors, regulators, and the public.
- Algorithmic Auditing: Oversee regular audits of our machine learning models to detect and mitigate bias and ensure fairness.
- Team Education: Conduct workshops and training sessions to foster an ethical-first culture across all engineering departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Law, Philosophy, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI strategy, ethics compliance, or regulatory affairs within the tech industry.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning models, NLP, and generative AI technologies.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with international data privacy laws and AI regulatory frameworks.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
