Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation generative models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer and enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Define ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and throughput for edge computing environments.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
