Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design and implement scalable, multi-agent architectures that leverage LLMs for complex problem-solving.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into cutting-edge AI techniques, including fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and tool-use capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Improve inference speed and reduce latency for high-volume AI applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to translate advanced AI concepts into robust, production-ready software.
- Ethical AI Governance: Ensure all systems adhere to safety guidelines and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- AI Knowledge: Extensive experience with Transformers, Hugging Face, and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle complex algorithmic challenges and optimize system performance.
