Responsibilities
- Architect and train scalable deep learning models focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product features.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to stay ahead of emerging AI trends and benchmarks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists within the AI research division.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and robust data privacy compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, LLMs, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, MLflow) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
