Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization.
- Preprocess, clean, and manage large datasets to ensure model accuracy and performance.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and implement best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on AI methodologies and best coding standards.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
