Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Vision 2026 neural network infrastructure.
- Oversee Research & Development (R&D) efforts in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate AI solutions into core consumer products.
- Mentor senior engineers and define technical best practices for the AI lab.
- Present complex technical roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with emerging AI technologies and data privacy.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all AI-driven systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable machine learning models to production environments.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact startup environment and drive results autonomously.
