Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of the '2026' initiative, a next-gen AI framework.
- Optimize neural network performance to achieve sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI capabilities and roadmap.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI.

- Establish and maintain high standards for code quality and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Generative AI.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and MLOps pipelines.
